A chocolate fudge without sugar, oil, flour, or eggs?! Yes, you heard that right. The pretzels really give this the perfect crunch and balance for a sweet and salty dessert.
Ingredients:
20 Medjool Dates (pitted)
¾ Cup Almond Butter
3 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
5 Tablespoons Almond Milk
1½ Cups Gluten Free Pretzels (chopped)
Method:
Add the dates & almond butter to a food processor and blend on high speed.
Add in the cacao & almond milk, blend until you have a smooth paste.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add in the pretzels, use your hands to combine it all.
Press into a square pan or dish & freeze overnight.
