Colorful, tasty, and full of flavor these roasted veggies are delicious, healthy, and so easy to make!
Ingredients:
1 Package Tirat Zvi Plant Based Vegan Sausage
1 Cup Broccoli Florets
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Orange Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
2 Red Onions
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Slice the sausage in ¼’' circles, cut the bell peppers and onions in larger slices.
Add the veggies and sausage to a baking pan, add olive oil and spices and mix well.
Bake for 20-30 minutes at 450°F, toss veggies often to ensure even roasting time.
