Pumpkin puree, rich chocolate, crunchy pumpkin cereal and luscious Medjool dates meld together in a sweet and satisfying date bark - making this a seasonal must-try!
Ingredients:
1 15oz Can Pumpkin Pie Puree
1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Glute Free Pumpkin Flavored Cereal
Method:
Arrange pitted medjool dates in a single layer on a baking sheet, avoiding overlap.
Gently layer pumpkin puree uniformly over the dates.
Next, add a single, even layer of crunchy pumpkin spiced cereal.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish (30-second increments, stirring between) or via double boiler. Spread uniformly over the bark.
Crush 1/4 cup cereal. Spread evenly over melted chocolate.
Let it set in the freezer, slice and Enjoy!
