These No-Bake Almond Butter Bars are made with just a handful of everyday ingredients and easily prepared. They’re a great homemade treat, breakfast, or snack for the whole family and naturally gluten-free!
Base Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Almond Butter
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
3/4 Cup Gluten Free Oat Flour
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
Topping Ingredients:
3 Ounces Dark Chocolate
2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
Optional Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Method:
Melt the Almond Butter and Maple Syrup in a Microwave Safe Bowl for 30 Seconds. (you can also melt it by using the double boil method)
Add the flours and mix well to fully combine.
Transfer to a flat pan and press down to make it even.
For the topping; melt the Dark Chocolate and Almond Butter in a Microwave Safe Bowl for about 30 Seconds. (again, if you do not have a Microwave the Double Boil Method will work as well)
Spread over the base, and sprinkle sea salt on top.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, slice and Enjoy!
