These decadently rich, nutty fudge slices are so simple to make and very delicious, they'll be gone in seconds! Extra points for it being vegan, gluten, dairy, oil, egg, AND sugar free, as well as Kosher for Passover!
Ingredients:
¾ Cup Walnut Butter
¼ Cup Cacao Powder
20 Medjool Dates (pitted)
5 Tablespoons Almond Milk
1 ½ Cups Mixed Nuts (chopped)
optional: a handful of chocolate chips
Method:
Add the dates & walnut butter to a food processor and blend on high speed.
Add the cacao & almond milk, blend until you have a smooth paste.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the mixed nuts, use your hands to combine it all.
Press into a square pan or dish & freeze overnight.
Optional step: top with dark chocolate chips before slicing.
