This homemade Almond Butter is extra-smooth, creamy, healthy, delicious, and the most exciting part? It's oil-free!
Ingredients:
A pinch of Salt
Method:
Preheat the oven to 325 °F.
Spread the Almonds on a baking sheet in a single layer, sprinkle with salt.
Place in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool off.
Blend in a high powered blender or food processor.
Pause to scrape down the sides.
Keep blending for a creamier consistency.
