This Maple Caramel Bread is a must-have for the winter and fall. This Maple Caramel Bread recipe makes a moist & luscious loaf of irresistible deliciousness that will be snatched up in an instant. One of my most favorite creations so far!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Almond Flour
1 Cup Oat flour
2 Tablespoons Coconut sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
3 Tablespoons Califia Caramel Maple Creamer
1/4 Cup Water or Almond Milk
1/2 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Optional Toppings: Vegan Yogurt, Vegan Caramels, Vegan Caramel Sauce
Method:
In a bowl, start by combining the dry ingredients well, mix until there are no leftover lumps of flour.
Add the wet ingredients, one at a time, and mix well.
Split the batter into two greased 6'' x 2.5'' Loaf Pans.
Bake at 350°F for 35 Minutes.
Remove from oven, let it cool off for several minutes
Add the yogurt topping on one loaf, layering the second loaf on top, add more topping, I finished mine off with a bit of Vegan Caramel Sauce. Enjoy! tried this recipe? don't forget to drop a comment and photo below!
