Ingredients:
2 Cups Cooked Garbanzo Beans
1/2 Cup Aquafaba (chickpea water)
1/4 Cup Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
Garnish With: More Chickpeas, Paprika, & Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor.
Blend at a high speed until you have achieved a creamy consistency.
