Frozen Yogurt Bars

Treat yourself to these scrumptious frozen yogurt bars, lavishly coated in luxurious dark chocolate and generously studded with crunchy, golden chocolate chunks. With each creamy, dreamy bite, the tartness of the yogurt perfectly complements the deep, velvety smoothness of the chocolate, perfectly balanced to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Cups Greek Yogurt

  • Cup Maple Syrup

  • ¼ Cup Cocoa Powder

  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chunks

  • 1 12oz Bag Chocolate Chips

  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil

Method:

  • Mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and cocoa powder in a bowl until just combined. Stir gently to avoid overmixing.

  • Gently fold in the chocolate chunks until they're evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

  • Divide the mixture evenly among 8 rectangular bar molds, filling each mold approximately 3/4 of the way full.

  • Cover and freeze for 5 hours.

  • Melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave or using the double boil method.

  • Remove the bars from the freezer and coat in melted dark chocolate.
