These Gluten and Dairy Free Brownies are fudgy, moist, and rich with a nutty crunch. They are packed with fiber, no one would ever guess they're made out of black beans!
Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups Cooked or Canned Black Beans
1/2 Cup Gluten Free Oats
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Method:
Combine all the ingredients (besides for the almonds and chocolate chips) in a High Speed Blender or Food Processor. Blend until smooth.
Add the Chopped Nuts and Chocolate Chips, stir well.
Divide between two 10'' X 4'' Loaf Cake Pans.
Add more chopped nuts and chocolate chips on top of each loaf.
Bake at 350°F for 20 Minutes.
Remove from oven, let them cool off, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
