Combine fresh spring veggies, garbanzo beans, and sesame seeds to make this crunchy, refreshing, asparagus salad. An easy, beautiful, and flavorful salad recipe that is ready in less than 10 minutes!
Salad Ingredients:
1 Bunch Fresh Asparagus
1 Cup Red Radish
2 Cups Garbanzo Beans
1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
Dressing Ingredients:
1 Cup Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
2-3 Minced Garlic Cloves
¾ Cup Freshly Squeezed Lime
Method:
Combine the dressing ingredients and set aside.
Chop the asparagus in thirds (or smaller if you prefer) and add to a large salad bowl.
Slice the radish into thin circles and add to the bowl.
Chop the cilantro and add to the bowl.
