Ingredients:

  • 30oz Crushed Tomatoes

  • 30oz Cooked Garbanzo Beans

  • ½ Cup Tahini

  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Curry

  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander

  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Cilantro for garnish

Method:

  • In a high-speed blender, combine tahini, crushed tomatoes, and spices. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and add the garbanzo beans. Bring to a gentle simmer, allowing the flavors to meld together.
