Cranberry Coconut Clusters

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup Chopped Walnuts

  • ½ Cup Chopped Pecans

  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut

  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips

  • ½ Cup Dried Cranberries

  • ½ Cup Condensed Coconut Milk

Method:

  • In a large bowl, combine the nuts, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a prepared cookie sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cluster to allow for spreading.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 13 minutes, or until lightly golden.
