Roasted Cauliflower Steak

Get ready to obsess over these crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside Cauliflower Steaks - the perfect plant-based entrée!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Cauliflower Head

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive or Avocado Oil

  • Salt, Pepper, & Garlic Powder, to taste


Method:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Wash the Cauliflower head thoroughly, pat dry and cut into thick slices.

  • Place Cauliflower Steaks on to prepared baking sheet.

  • Brush olive or avocado oil & spices over each steak.

  • Roast cauliflower steaks in the preheated oven until golden brown (usually around 20 minutes).

  • Flip each steak and brush with remaining oil & spices. Roast until tender and golden brown.
