A simple, easy, and delicious recipe for guacamole! We enjoy this as a dip for veggies, a spread, or thrown on top of a power bowl
Ingredients:
2 Large Avocados
1 Small Onion (chopped)
1 Large Tomato (chopped)
¼ Cup Warm Water
Juice from Half a Lemon
Salt, Pepper, & Garlic, to taste
Method:
Add the avocados, water, and lemon juice to a food processor and blend to the consistency of your liking.
Add the chopped tomato, & onion and mix with a spoon.
