Chocolate Sunbutter Stuffed Dates

Healthy indulgence for the whole family! Our Stuffed Medjool Date treat is packed with nutritious goodness - creamy sunflower seed butter, crunchy walnuts, dark chocolate, and nutty hemp seeds. Easy to make and fun to eat, these bite-sized delights are perfect for a quick snack or dessert. Enjoy the natural sweetness and satisfying crunch, knowing you're nourishing yourself with wholesome ingredients!

Ingredients:

  • 9 Large Medjool Dates

  • 2 Tablespoons Sunbutter (or any nutbutter/tahini of choice)

  • 5 Large Whole Raw Walnuts

  • 3 Ounces Good Quality Dark Chocolate

  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds

  • ¼ Teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt

Method:

  • Begin by pitting the Medjool dates.

  • Spread a layer of nut butter evenly in the center of each date.

  • Place half of a walnut on top of the nut butter.

  • Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the walnut.

  • Sprinkle hemp seeds and Celtic sea salt on top.

  • Freeze for a few minutes, until the chocolate hardens up, serve and enjoy!
