Healthy, Vegan, Gluten Free, and Easy to make, this Chocolate Espresso Overnight Oats tastes like dessert for breakfast!
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
2 Tablespoons Flax Meal
1 Teaspoon Cacao Powder
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Brewed Espresso
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
Toppings:
1/2 Cup Dairy Free Coffee Yogurt
Berries, Dark Chocolate, and Toppings of choice.
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a jar.
Cover and shake to combine.
Refrigerate overnight.
