Indulge in the ultimate sweet treat: crispy rice cakes smothered in rich dark chocolate, creamy nut butter, and crunchy chocolate coconut granola.
Ingredients:
3 Round Rice Cakes
15oz Dark Chocolate Chips
½ Cup Cashew Butter
½ Cup Coconut Cacao Granola
Flaky Sea Salt
Method:
Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe dish or using the double boiler method
Drop a spoonful of melted chocolate on a parchment sheet
Quickly place a rice cake on top of the melted chocolate and move it a circular motion ensuring the entire bottom of the rice cake is covered in chocolate
Add a layer of peanut butter on top of the rice cake
Next add chocolate coconut crunch granola on top of the nut butter
Drizzle with more dark chocolate and flaky sea salt
Let it set in the freezer and enjoy!
