A game-changing dessert bar that combines the best of both worlds: chocolate chip cookies and velvety smooth chocolate.
Ingredients:
2 Bags Chocolate Chips of choice
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
Method:
Crush chocolate chip cookies and press into the bottom of a silicone mold.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, mix well and pour over the cookie crust.
Sprinkle additional crushed chocolate chip cookies on top.
Place in the freezer for a couple of hours to set.
