Ingredients:
1 Cup Organic SunButter
1 Cup Organic Raw Honey
6 Cups Organic Brown Rice Crisps
15oz Bag Dark Chocolate Chips
Method:
In a large mixing bowl, combine sunbutter and honey.
Microwave for 30-60 seconds or until smooth and well-combined.
Gently fold in rice crisps until evenly distributed.
Press mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Flatten evenly using a spatula or offset spatula.
Drizzle or fully cover the entire top with melted dark chocolate.
Optional: sprinkle flakey sea salt on top of the melted dark chocolate.
Allow chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 20 minutes.
