Chewy Blueberry Cookies (gluten free)

With crisp edges, thick centers, and clusters of blueberries, I know you’ll love these Gluten Free, Vegan Chewy Blueberry Cookies. Also, Blueberries help prevent memory loss. Don't forget!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour

  • 1/2 Cup Organic Cane Sugar

  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries

  • 5 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Milk

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.

  • Starting with the dry ingredients, combine everything in a bowl and mix well.

  • Use a Medium Sized Scooper to form the cookies and place on a prepared cookie sheet; do not press down as the cookies will flatten while baking.

  • Place them in the oven for 20 minutes.
