This Cinnamon Raisin Banana Bread is my all-time favorite for when I have ripe bananas on hand. It has the perfect texture and is loaded with cinnamon, vanilla, bananas, and tangy sweet lil raisins! Enjoy a slice for dessert, breakfast, or anytime of the day!
Ingredients:
2 Cups Oat Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
5 Medium Ripe Bananas (mashed really well)
½ Cup Maple Syrup
⅓ Cup Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Raisins
Method:
Combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl starting with the dry ingredients followed by the wet.
Stir in the raisins and combine well.
Add to a prepared 9x5 loaf pan and sprinkle more raisins on top.
Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool for several hours before slicing.
