Almond Butter Crunch Bars

These bars are a perfect blend of nutty and sweet flavors, creating a satisfying and indulgent snack. The crunchy texture of the rice crispies complements the smoothness of the almond butter, making each bite a delightful experience.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups Organic Brown Rice Crisps

  • 2/3 Cup Creamy Almond Butter

  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup

  • 1 Bag Dark Chocolate Chips

Method:

  • Pulse the Rice Crisps in a food processor, add the rest of the ingredients until everything sticks together.

  • Press into a pan or Pyrex dish, cover and freeze for a few hours.

  • Remove from freezer and slice into bars.

  • Save one end and crumble really well.

  • Cover each bar in melted chocolate.

  • Top with crumbles.
